Letters to My Former Single Self Week 3 + Giveaway

Linking up with Lisette at Northern Belle Diaries.

Question for week three:
Over the years, what did you learn you needed in a significant other?  What did you learn about yourself?

Dear Sarah,
You are going to need a man that pursues you. Stop trying to make them like you and stop being so overly emotional all the time. You need a man that loves you for you, accepts you for who you are... Don't expect to change, you need to be yourself. How else will you be able to spend your life with someone else for the rest of your life?
You'll become so jaded from past heartbreaks, you'll stop trying so hard. When you finally meet your future spouse, you'll be so natural around him you won't even know he likes you. You'll learn that he is the type of man you want to spend the rest of your life with. He has a kind heart, he wants to spend time with you, he laughs at your silliness, and loves you for you. He's definitely a keeper!!

As Roald Dahl once said, “A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men.” So add a little nonsense in the comment box! Thanks!
